"Fe3 Construct is by far one of the best companies our association has ever worked with. Over the last few years, they have been there for us no matter what the issue. They've brought in dehumidifiers post storms, repaired drywall, done minor electrical work, reworked our pool blocks, sealed outside stucco, pulled debris from the property, painted...you name it, this company has done it all. Fe3 does things the right way. They have also done fence repair and power washing. If there is something they can't do, they refer me to very good and competent companies that can do the specific job. This is rare though, because they really aren't afraid to tackle anything.
